EACH EMAIL REQUEST MUST INCLUDE:
- Copy and images you would like to use – If you don’t have specific images, just let the Falcons staff know what you prefer – kids / cheer / action. They will size them for the email template
- Any logos for sponsors and any text / links that need to be associated with these logos
- If this is a sponsor email – Falcons will need either the HTML file for the image and copy, including links they wish to send OR a graphic (size 600 X px275px) that will only click through to their URL
- Email addresses for anyone client would like to have proof the email
- The list of contacts you would like this email to go to – if this is an existing list (STM/PSL or Partner Offers) just let Falcons know that. If client has an excel sheet of contacts, Falcons will need that as soon as possible to get it into the system.
- This process can take up to five days for list creation, template creation, and testing. This will be faster if the list is already in the system, or if team is using an existing template. Please keep that in mind when compiling your information in advance of your deadline
PARTNER REQUIREMENTS: Partner must submit one of the following
